Thinking about thinning the herd. Being in IL means bp guns are "guns" and need to go dealer to dealer if out of state. I have two Cherokees, 32 and 36, three Renegades, 50, 56 smoothbore with Briley tubes, and a 58. Two unfired Pedersolis, a 72 Gibbs and a 12 gauge Mortimer. All but the 50 will make 95% or better.
Interest in bp seems to have waned of late. Wondering about the best way to sell these. Have two originals as well, a Belgian 12 double I hunted with and a Henry Leman 38 cal half stock.
Your thoughts?

Believe it or not California they are legal to sell and buy without FFL.
I would be interested in your Renegade rifles.

Well if you live close to the state line, you could always box it up drive to a more friendly state, take it to the post office and just ship it.
Post office still allows BP guns to be shipped without any licensing or special paper work
I'm out in Wyoming and have shipped revolvers and rifles this way numerous times.
But yes still wise to stay inside the senders and receivers local law.
