I exchanged e-mails with Ms. Kohn a while back, when I first read some comments or it might have been an excerpt from what has become a book. She sounded as if she had her head screwed on correctly, not always the case with graduate students and or academic types.
Also, an interesting historical piece by Dave Kopel.
