This caught my eye in an emailer from Knife Center. D2, crossbar, FRN, $43.

Weird. It doesn't show up on the Al Mar website...
I wish that surprised me, but ever since they let their knife division manager go and merged the division with another I don't expect much out of them any longer in the way of marketing and coordination.

Yeah, not for a few years now.

The corp that bought them had John Anthon of Timberline running the knife part profitably and then they suddenly laid Anthon off around the first of the year when they got a new corp VP. Now no one can figure out what they're doing. The didn't show up at Blade either.
