interesting shotgun i saw at the gunshop

i don't know what this thing was, but it looked cool. maybe you can help identify it with my description. The salesman said it was some type of Police Shotgun. (sorry no pics)

It was a pump action and appeared to have a collapsible M16/M4 stock with a pistol grip and a pistol grip for the pump. 12gague i believe. it was priced at around 200 bucks, used.
 
Not much to go on, try to get a closer look and see who made the gun and if is a factory folder which I doubt. However there is a company that makes an adaptor to fit the collapsible M4 stock to a Rem 870. If $200, may be a good buy as I believe the adaptor and collapsible stock alone would get mighty close to $200.
 
found it. it's an FN Tactical Police Shotgun

A good M4 collapsing stock assembly set up for mounting on a shotgun will indeed run around $200.00 just for the stock assembly.
