The Association of New Jersey Rifle & Pistol Clubs filed suit in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit challenging on constitutional grounds New Jersey’s law restricting magazine capacity.

It will be interesting to see how this works out and what if any effect it will have in other locations.
Other locations of course will depend on other rulings.

Interesting lawsuit choice. As magazine restrictions are typically upheld in a number of states such as NY, CA, MD, and NJ. I would have thought the more prudent choice would have been to go after how expensive/time consuming it is to get permits in NJ for firearms or the complete ban on HP ammo. I am so glad I don't live in that state. I don't even like visiting there.

I am not a lawyer but I thought their argument was interesting, now it's up to what the court thinks.
