Introduced a new person to shooting today

My son just moved back to Texas from California. He brought a friend with him. My son brought several guns with him that his grandfather out in Cali. gave him. His friend that came has never shot a gun in his life. We went to the range today with several guns and had a good time. I started off with the 4 safety rules, then my rules then the ranges rules. My son's friend started with a S&W 9mm and did really well. We then moved to my son's Desert Eagle 357mag. It was a blast to shoot. The Friend was then hooked. We shot a 45colt SAA also and the moved to the AR15. The smile on his face was priceless. He is hooked big time

Have converted two "girl friends" and my sister. All will be purchasing very soon. Maybe I can get my loaners back then. wc

It usually only takes a couple times out at the range to realize it is fun!

Even my left wing ultra liberal anti-gun sister likes to shoot trap! Go figure that one out. I really peaved her off when I told her I joined the NRA last year.
