IPSC / IDPA / other "practical shooting" ranges in Central NY?

Hey all,

I tried the almighty Google, but it didn't manage to give me an answer. Does anybody here know of practical shooting type ranges in CNY? I live near Norwich, NY, and I'm looking for anything within, oh, 60 miles?
