Is posting one's list of guns a good idea?

Would/do you post info on your gun collection here?

the fact that my signature does not list my guns is answer enough, but on taurusarmed.net i do list my taurus firearms, it is a sense of pride to some extent, but it also shows that if i post about such and such a gun, that i actually own it. i do feel to some extent that i do add to my risk of robbery slightly but if they want to deal w/ adt, then motion cameras, then the loaded guns, then 3 seperate lock systems, then i'll just either be attending funeral(s) or calling the insurance company. the fact that i can only afford taurus in lue of the high dollar stuff ought to tell anyone but the dumbest theif that i ain't got much.

Posting what you currently have sometimes comes across as bragging or having something to prove.

I agree with this also. And, Big Brother is watching. Everything!!

I won't list anything that I have. I do not intend to make it any easier for anyone to find out anything about me.

Yes, I have in the past posted online about a new aquisition but from what I have learned in the recent past, I am keeping all that to myself.
