Is Ron Graham of Graham's Custom Leather dead?

I ask this because emails to his address of [email protected] bounce back with an error and I haven't heard a peep from him since I ordered a holster from him 10 week ago.

His web site at Graham's Custom Leather is still up, and even his new site at Site-2 is still there. But Ron is no where to be seen.

Is that whole operation a hoax? Has anyone ever received a holster from him?
:(

I just heard over on the naa site that some server change over (same provider but switched to cable modem I think) Caused some orders to be lost. He has posted over there recently. Have you heard anything from him or have you just placed an order?

I have several of his holsters and he makes them as you request them so it does take a little while but it has been worth it.

I ordered a holster double mag puch and mag/light pouch combo. just before Christmas. I have never heard back from him, so I am assuming he lost my order.

Unfortunately, I couldn't wait any longer and purchased a holster and the other items from different sources.

I really liked the look of his leather products, but 2 months without a response is a little too high and unacceptable.

Where is the NAA site? I'm not familiar with that one. Thanks.

Don't give up yet! He probably just doesn't know allot about computer stuff. It doesn't mean he is a bad penny...yet. I must have placed my order about the same time as you , Dec. 20th.

If they really changed his service (happened to me year ago) then he can't see his emails or change his old web site. He should be able to login to Paypal and get all the needed info though!

I have sent him a snail-mail letter and will try to contact him somewhere on the net. If I still get nothing then I'll call his phone number below and see what I get. I am persistant if nothing else ;-)

I just looked up his WhoIs info for his new web domain. It lists his info as:

Ron Graham
2206 S.E. Hogan Rd.
Gresham, OR, 97080
Phone: 503-618-0565

I thought for sure I had tried his ATTBI email address. But the returned error says Worldnet. In any case, I just sent another email and at least it hasn't bounced yet. Try [email protected]

Also, found him on this forum and thread:
NAA Forum

I bet he is just way behind because of the NAA deal (he offers holsters for them also).

Well, I have sent him a Email, Snail mail, and left a forum message for him. We'll see what happens.

I have 2 of his holsters

but have not spoke to in in some time. One is a full flap holster for my 5.5 S/S Super-blackhawk and one of his IDPA beltslides for my 639 (and both a single & double mag pouches) Quality on all products is first rate. I will not hesitate to buy frommhim again. He does good work.

Was wondering how long it took from when you ordered it to when you received it? Was it longer than 10 weeks? Anyone else?

Thanks for any info.......Samualt

AT&T just went live with switching all their branding to Comcast because of the acquisition. It's very likely that @attbi.com addresses no longer work, try @comcast.com

And it's bad form to call a man's livelihood a hoax on the web just because you can't get a hold of him. Ever try the phone book?

MMcCall:
At the least, he could have gone to Paypal and got everyones information from there and emailed us! We shouldn't have to be chasing him down....and he still hasn't replied to me.
I was asking if his site were a hoax because I figured a real businessman would contact his paying customers after 10 weeks.

It was/is a valid question!

I have a couple of his holsters. But I've had them for a while.

When I ordered my holster and mag/light pouch from him it took about a month and a half from when I got the email confirming my order to the email telling me he mailed it out.
BTW: He makes excellent products. Takes a while to get them but their very well made.

I did get a reply from him. He said it would be going out this week. His email address is [email protected]
and he does read his email.

If you ordered something and haven't heard from him in over 10 weeks you should give him a nice email. I'm sure he'd reply.

The problem was that most of us were using the old email address posted on his now defunct old site. Because his ISP changed he can't get to his old site to shut it down.

In any case, thanks to everyone for all the help. I would have never found him without you!
