Yea there is a heath web site but no city ordinances listed. Thats how I found out the police chiefs email addy though.

you really need to find out if the property is in city limits or not. It makes all the difference in the world.

Yep that place I was talking about is inside city limits. I check on it today. So that is out of the question. Looks like another weekend is going to go by with no shooting. :banghead:

I believe that Nexus-Lexus has all city code on there. I'm not sure if there is a public access for it.

Many town/city has no-discharge policy. I live in a "rural" area in the bay area, and the town prohibit discharging any "projectile launching device". Not only firearms, but also anything that is designed to launch anything.

Some of these rules are just silly. I can sort of under stand the no discarge of fire arms in the city but it would be better if they allowed it and layed out the proper rules. Some thing like 500' from any buildings and roads. Of corse got to have some thing about shooting past say 9pm.

Still keeping my fingers crossed that some kind guy/girl from ohio will jump in and be like "Oh I got plenty of land out side of the city that you can shoot on". A man can dream can't he.
