I've been lead to believe that the G30 is more prone to the infamous kB than any other model. I know that most of these kB occured with the .40 cal. Glocks. I was just wondering how could a relatively low pressure round such as the .45 be more dangerous than .40. I know that the chambers in both are not fully supported. Any G30 owners have any problems with yours. I'm in the market for a poly .45 that I don't have to worry about exploding to pieces if I use +p ammo in it.

Ive got about 400 rounds of +P through my glock 30 and no explosions.

Ive also made some real hot fast burning reloads for it and its been boringly fantastic.

It is THE best 45ACP subcompact out there.

The KB's are all hype. Chances of it happening is so slim, it's not worth worrying about. You have a better chance of getting into a car accident.

The 45 case may be thinner than a 40 case, but it's a lower pressure round. Don't shoot lead bullets in your Glock 30 and I'm sure you won't have a problem with any factory like load.
