I am hunting for a replica working model of the BHP. I see P-38s and 1911s but, no BHP. I want it for disassembly/familiarity/display purposes. Are the armourer models that I see painted red the only thing out there?

Collector's Armory USED to make a great many replica guns, including the Browning, but I think they've cut their available models way down.

Another replica was the plastic model assembly kits made in Japan.
These included the Browning and were very exact models. There were several companies who made these, the biggest was "LS Models".

My only suggestion is a Goggle search, haunting Ebay in the plastic models section, and doing Ebay searches for the metal replica guns.

So, once upon a time, there WERE good replica guns out there that were fair replicas, right down to disassembly, but most seem to have been discontinued.

There was a guy whose name I've lost who did amazing cut-aways on real guns. Amazing stuff...but the cost was steep. Ya gotta buy the gun...then there's his labor...$$$.
