I expect you could but ....... probably not to same standard unless you have necessary gear etc.
If they do what they say then this would be a fair price IMO .. even with shipping added. I have done quite a few triggers, and been fairly successful but doubt to quite the level of this description .... plus I am getting older and lazier so if job done well ... I'd go for it.
Price out the things you need to do it yourself, and then figure out how many times you can use those items. The stones will be re-useable but the jigs are useless when you are done.
The math to do it yourself is bad, the only reason would be for the satisfaction of doing it yourself.
