-I have two copies of the Form 1 filled out and signed by the CLEO. (printed front and back)
-I have glued one 2x2 passport photo to each F1.
-I have two completed finger print cards done by my local PD.
-I have one form 5330.20 (Certification of compliance with 18USC922.
-And a postal money order for two bills.

A total of 6 items, five pieces of paper and one M.O.

Is this everything before I lick the envelope????

Oh, the address, is this good?

BATF&E
NFA BRANCH
PO BOX 530298
ATLANTA, GA 30353-0298

Hows everything look?

I've sent mine here:

NFA Branch
244 Needy Road
Suite 1250
Martinsburg, WV 25405

I also haven't included anything related to 922, and used personal checks. No problems yet.

So no form 5330.20? I had to send one in for my suppressor purchase (form 4)...I figured that I'd need it for a form 1?

Edit for info:

I found the requirements on the website, No 5330.20 is needed.
And thank you for providing the correct address. I also verified that this is the correct address on the ATF's website. BUT, the address doesnt list the address with "suite 1250". Whats up with that?

Just a guess, but assuming "Suite 1250" is a space in an office building, it may be redundant information assuming there is nothing else in the building that can be confused with the "NFA Branch".

You already have the form 5330 filled out. Send it in any way. If they don't need it they will round file it. But if the examiner does want it, it is already there. No sense having things waiting on a piece of paper that you already have. I always include the form when doing my NFA paperwork.

That's all that is required. I also included two photocopies of my driver's license, in case they needed (to verify) any info.

I too use the WV address. I also include two of everything along with the 5330.20 and a cover letter with my cell # on it if they need to contact me with any questions.

I ended up sending the package. Thanks for all the info. I sent in the two F1s, One signed Certification of compliance, two finger print cards and the cash.

As per jmorri's reccomendation I did include a cover letter with all my contact info on it.

I used the WV address without the "suite 1250" line. I did this because the ATF website does not list it in thier address on the site.

Ill report back in two years to let you know if they accepted the package. Thanks.

My latest one (this year) went from Jan. 11 to April 21, mailbox to mailbox. I hear it depends on which examiner you get though.

I forgot to mention I used a personal check so I could see when they cashed it (about 10-18 days).
