Yes.
Sights with corrective lenses are quite common in "conventional" (bullseye) rifle shooting.
You may have a lens in the front sight or in the rear sight, but not both.

You can't use a big adjustable gadget like that in a Service Rifle, but you can have a lens that fits inside the rear sight hood.

Best to read the rules to see if they are allowed in the match you want to shoot.
 
Thanks. I have never competed but at our local club there is talk about a 22lr silhouette shoot out, so I might try it.
