Is this accessory legal or does it constitute adding a shoulder stock to a pistol?

Probably not illegal, but would probably require a stamp. IANAL.

Seriously, what's the point? "Because I can!" is perfectly valid, but otherwise you're attaching useless weight to a vastly more capable weapon.
 
You are correct, DesertFox.

That setup requires a tax stamp, as the Glock (or whatever it is) has a "stock" (suspiciously looks like an AR15, but still has a stock).
 
You could easily make a special grip that would connect to rail, but why would you want too.
 
Wouldn't want to, just ran across this crazy device and wondered what it's status was. Looks awkward. I've only got G20s and a G29 anyway...
 
i honestly for the life of me cannot think of a situation where that would be useful at all....
