Is this normal?

I picked up my first rifle today in .30-06. It has a mauser action and I was wondering it was normal to have a line (or crease-looking line) on the action. I have posted a picture below. It is not great, but I tried 30 pictures and the light reflects off of it, so it's hard to see. Thanks!
