.....when you get all excited over a new shipment of bullets? Had my order of 5k PPC#2 148gr DEWCs arrive from Missouri Bullet today. Such a beauty to behold. I shoot NRA bullseye, so I load and shoot a lot of these for practice nowadays.

So, to keep it conversational, whats your favorite load with this bullet? Any powder, lets hear it. Myself? I have loaded them over Bullseye, 700x, w231, 2400, and AA#2(the 2400 was just for fun). My go to load for the last few years has been 3.0gr of AA#2. This is actually about .1gr over max from accurate, but to be honest its very soft and I have seen several trusted reloaders that load up to about 3.3gr of AA#2. This is a balistic equal to Winchester 148gr Wadcutter match ammo.

I use the same load for 38SPL Bullseye loads in my K38 with Lee DEWCs.
