Israeli FN-FAL help

I need help with converting a metric non forward assist bolt carrier to forward assist Israeli style. Measurements would be nice if anyone has a izzy fn-fal and would like to help. The boston gun bible has a few pages on doing this but I have had no luck finding a copy. Any help would be nice.

Yep, W.E.G. is a VIP over at falfiles (I'm a member there for the wealth of knowledge on all things FAL) and we happily refer folks over there for technical FAL questions.
