Issues w/ S&W 642 Crimson Trace for a Lefty?

I'm thinking about a 642 w/CT. It looks like it's made for right handed use. The CT website seems to indicate that it will work fine for a lefty, though. Any help?

Just don't let your thumb drift up, and you will do fine. And with a 642, you should be using your thumb to hang on anyway!

Being a southpaw, I went with LaserMax because the laser is up higher. Works ok so far.

Another lefty here, with four CT grips, all of them on J-frame S&W revolvers.
All work well. If you keep your left thumb clenched during the grip, you'll be fine.
