I'm trying to get the rear screw out of an Ithaca 37 with a B square mount. It's the rearmost screw that holds the mount on. I got it most of the way out, and now it seems locked up. It won't unscrew, and it won't tap out. (I only tried to tap it out gently). The action is locked forward, and the trigger can't be pulled. If I could get the rest of the gun apart, maybe I could move whatever parts are in the way of the screw. I know I'm not explaining this very well, but was hoping that maybe someone could give me an idea. I just don't know what else to do. Thanks for the help.

Ithaca 37 requires the stock to be removed before taking out the main screw which locks the trigger assembly in place. Remove the stock and that screw will come out no problem.
