Ithaca 37 front sight bead

Not sure if this should be posted in gunsmithing.
While cleaning a M&P I noticed the front sight bead began to unthread. The threads are not damaged on either the bead or barrel. How do you grip the bead to snug it down? Should I reinstall it with Locktie, Epoxy, or JB Weld? Should the bead be peened from inside the barrel to prevent this from happening again?

Use a little Locktite and a tap handle to tighten, it should stay if the threads are good.

Thanks for the suggestion. Does the tap handle slip and mar the brass bead when it reaches the "snug" point.

Mine didn't, but I snugged it up pretty good in the handle, and went carefully.

Use a drop of Blue Lock-Tight on it.
It won't come loose again unless you want it too.
