i went to a auction today with two friends and found this ithaca vent rib 12ga 3 inch mag. in super condition. when it came up it was said to be a 12 ga ithaca pump, no mention of it being a 3"mag. i have never seen one and started bidding and got it at a very good price.i also got a remington model 30 express in 3006 with a lyman alaskan 2.5x all weather scope on it in very good condition. eastbank.

I have a 37 "ultra featherlight" english stock in 3" magnum. Shot a few rounds of trap with it and the only way you'll get me to shoot 3" stuff is to get me loaded and give me a lot of money. I doubt it is much over five pounds.

i paid 250.00 for the ithaca and 350.00 for the rem model 30. i don,t think i,ll be shooting very many 3" mags out of it. i use mostly 20ga shotguns for small game, i just have never seen a 3 " mag ithaca come up for sell before and thought it was neet. eastbank.

eastbank,
you did great. i just ordered a new ithaca 37 featherweight. waiting for it to
come in. did they go up in price! i had one about 25 years ago think i paid
around 300. with tax and retail price in connecticut, over 900. but the way
i look at it, it will last me the rest of my life.good luck on your 37.
