Take it to a gunsmith and have him check the crown. I dinged the crown on my 700P but didn't think it got into the rifling. Last time I shot a ladder group, it was all over the place and I thought it was because I was flinching really bad and pulling shots. Come to find out the ding was in the rifling and making it shoot wild.
