Noticed they really upped their game importing arms that we never thought we could own...such as the Tavor now the x95/Uzi pro/galil ace in x39 and x51 NATO both will be offered in rifle and pistol form(with side folding arm brace)/Jericho pistols with safety now on frame. If you have any experience in any Iwi firearms old or new...would like to see pics and reviews. I have a few on the way and will post pics etc..

Craigc, I've always wondered if they have aftermarket support to mount a armbrace on those models, that would be sweet on that pistol

My FFL dealer informed me yesterday that the X95 is in, will be picking up today

It would be cool if they would make a full size Uzi too. I like IWI. I have the Tavor and you can feel and see that it's well made. And it's bull pup design makes it shorter than a lot of SBRs.

Agree they do make some quality firearms, always wanted a Galil now that they will be offering them in x39 x51Nato these carbines got me all excited now

Reviewers have written that the x95 is more compact than the Tavor SAR but in side by side photos the x95 looks like it has a slightly longer OAL.

Visually almost identical/length(front to back) , but actually holding/handling the X95 feels more compact even bit lighter. I would think from them moving the grip more rearward(front of mag well) may contribute to its slightly more compactness feel and lightness. Weight is more towards your body/stance

How is X95 diff. than the Tavor
They both carry the Tavor name AFAIK. The X95 has siimilar internals, it's slightly smaller, lighter, better trigger, shorter LOP (supposedly 15"), and some controls (e.g. magazine release) are in a slightly different location. Think of the X95 as Tavor version 2.0.

Is the X95 version in use with the I M

Basically - yes.

The X95 that is shipping to the U.S. has some modifications, increased barrel length and slightly longer butt stock to increase OAL from what is issued to Israeli Defense Forces, but it is basically the same rifle.

Yes I have seen numerous tests on the net including macs. I purchased this bullpup not to shoot one hole groups nor varmints, but mainly man sized shaped paper targets/steel at certain distances. I have not shot my x95 yet due to family priorities. But when I do have 4 different types of ammo to try then will report back.

New grip arrived

Much better feel, full trigger guard prevents my finger sliding up when reaching for mag release.
