Joel, my hat's off to you, great work. But, there is this nagging little problem brought about by Judge Finley's order. Any reason to believe the Legislature or the Court of Appeals will set things right?

Well, there's no guarantees in life, but for reasons I've gone into in great detail on my website, it's basically as close to a slam-dunk as you get that the Appeals Court is going to overturn Judge Finley in April.

Well, I'm more than passingly likely to. Along with my staff. (My staff -- this time; it's been both more and fewer folks -- consists of my 14 year old daughter, Judy, who has been looking forward to a road trip, and is doing stuff like making packing and to-do lists, getting our motel reservation, and -- I don't think it's necessary, but she enjoys it -- getting a map printed out. She's real professional and serious about this stuff -- "Daddy, I'm concerned about the ammo supply, and you are updating the collateral, yes?" Love that kid. )

We've already got a couple of other people signed up, and today's job is my monthly update of the collateral/handouts, to make sure everything's current.
