Actually it was a few days ago, but I was thinking I was just gonna sell it. But it's soooo sweet I think I'll keep it. Traded a Win 94 30-30 I bought for $250 a awhile back. Couldn't resist it, Smith revolvers just look so...CLASSY!

Came with a new Galco leather holster and a box of Magtech plinkin ammo. It's in such good shape though I'm hesitant to shoot it. This picture doesn't do it justice, I'll have to get some of it in the daylight. Bluing is all there and shiny, barely a turn line. Trigger is pretty stiff, I'm told they loosen up with use. Therefore I don't think it's seen much range time. Born in '75, this may be my first "safe queen." But then again, it's a 10-5, common as the day is long... I know it wants to be shot. I'll likely oblige and carry it on occasion.

Nice find Jake, that's a smokin deal. Don't be shy about feeding it +P ammo :D

Welcome aboard. The K frames are a favorite of mine too. I hope you have plenty of room left in the safe, Smiths have a tendency to breed.

Guns aren't happy unless they get to smell some gunsmoke. It's a model 10, make it happy. I shoot my K frame model 19 every chance I get.

i couldnt agree more, especially with the factory furniture on them.
now its your turn to show some class and shoot that bugger. its only right. congrats. its hard to beat a good snub.

Nice classy piece you've got there wanker...collectable without box and all the trimmings equals shooter...shoot,shoot,shoot. They shoots real good and are easy on the hip for carrying.

Jeeze, a late buddy had the exact gun, square butt and all. Another guy shot it using a rock as a rest, permanently marking the butt and grips.
Gave me a pang to see it again; big for a snub, but a good revolver. Enjoy it, and shoot it well.

Hello friends and neighbors // :D:D:D You're gonna love it.

A model 10 is a perfect intro S&W and at $250 ya can't beat that, well done!

Mine is a 1955 and feels more natural shooting than my 442.
The 442 is just a bit easier to CCW.

Enjoy,
Which model S&W do you have your eye on for your next purchase?:D
