From the Perfect Day For This Injunction Department:

Federal Judge Terry Doughty releases opinion in Missouri v. Biden on July 4th, finding the government likely violated the First Amendment by conspiring with Big Tech in a "far-reaching and widespread censorship campaign." Judge Doughty grants preliminary injunction blocking the DOJ, FBI, and DHS from working with Big Tech to censor content.

I just about went cross eyed looking at the long list of people and agencies that can no longer (for now) bully social media organizations. I did not see the ATF in that list. I wonder if simple little forums get “leaned on” in the same way as large social media platforms?
