Just bought a new

... Savage mark II. Its the base model with BB gun style iron sights, but they should do well. I was pleasantly surprised to find the barrel free floated all the way, and it had great fit for a $160 gun. My only complaint is the magazine-seems to wobble a bit when its locked in place, and that some rounds really ask you to ram the bolt forwards. Does anybody know where i can get scope mounts for this gun? i have already looked on midway and brownells, and even just google search for "savage mark II mount" but with no results.

Will post range report and pics when I get a chance to go shooting.

I have a Mark II BV. It's a superb little rifle with tremendous accuracy, nice trigger, and smooth action. The magazine is a little annoying but I guess I've gotten used to it.
