I was salivating when I saw it. The new FN ps90 is out now! Saw one at the local gun shop, and I wondered if anyone here has got one.

Tell me everything. How does it shoot? What's it feel like? Is it even close to being worth what they're charging for it? etc...

PS90

Pick up the recent "Shotgun News". The FN PS90 is on the cover and it has an extensive article on the gun and shooting it.

No, I don't have one and since I live in the PDRK, I won't be getting one.

I have got to win the Lottery and get out of this state!:cuss:

You have to win the lotto to STAY in that state.

I'm wondering what's involved in swapping barrels, because I'm thinking SBR.

Why couldn't you just cut the barrel down and recrown it?

Because it's typically easier to swap barrels, and if you want a threaded barrel, you don't have to worry about the gunsmith goofing the threads up.

I held one a few weeks ago - I was salivating over the thought of owning one when I first heard about them being sold to the public. Now, a year later, I gotta say, I was not impressed. The metal rail setup that holds the view finder had tons of rough welds on the one I saw.

The kewl factor is there, but I just don't see the gun beging worth the cost they are charging for it, and then combine that with a bullet that is so expensive (what is it, 40 cents a round or something).

I will pass. Rather buy a nice 1911 for that money.

Now, a REAL P90 (full auto) would be a different story :p )
