Just read about new Anti Gun "public service announcements"

Wow... they need to teach those kids to keep their booger fingers off the triggers.

They also need to toughen up a bit. I see nothing wrong with those kids having rifles. They just need to learn the safety part.

also they are comparing items banned by schools to items banned by law, by that logic cell-phones and hats could be "banned" as well.

.. and yet not one of them has commented on the ridiculous bans they seek to compare so-called "lax gun laws" to.

Seriously, banning "Little Red Riding Hood", and dodgeball? Some schools have banned playing tag, having "best friends", swings, birthday parties, hair ribbons, foods containg peanuts (or dairy), and hand gestures. Am I to believe every one of these so-called "moms" rally in support of such ludicrousness?

Perhaps some of these mom's need to spend a little less time worrying about our rights, and more time raising their kids!

lol...is this supposed to pass for a logical argument these days? Those "moms" should come meet my wife (who is a mother of two) so she can "educate" some of the ignorance out of them.

# 2 & 3 have fingers on trigger.
I'd say they should look into that safety issue

I noticed that too! That's just years and years of conditioning coming out in us. I notice everytime a TV person does that as well.

Can someone point to the Constitutional right to kinder eggs or dodgeball?

This argument is as asinine as Tipper Gore's war on offensive music in the 80s and 90s.

Oh lets see, they show a book that has been banned in 2 schools, a product that is a choking hazard, and a dodge ball that has been banned in one school.

Yet the AR-15 rifles those kids are holding are effectively banned in ALL schools.

Just like those kids can play dodge ball outside of school, and read Little Red Riding Hood outside of school, AR-15s should not be banned.

They'd get a more controversial reaction having Thalidomide children in their ads.

Not just stupid, but "Sofa King" stupid.

For one thing, just because something has been done before, doesn't mean it was the right thing to do...

Hey, its for the children. WHAT ABOUT THE KIDS?!

If it saves JUST ONE LIFE, it is worth scrapping basic natural rights....right?

As I've said before, the life you save with gun control, could be that of the guy who breaks into your home and rapes your wife and daughter. If it saves just one... it might be him.

That's like commie propaganda used to be. Tokyo rose kind of dumb. Maybe the mom fell out of the "Bounce House", on her head.

I believe both have been banned. The add is stupid

LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.

Those are notions that our nation is founded on.

I'm just as offended at the notion of banning kinder eggs, books and dodgeball as I am at the notion of banning guns.

But I guess I just like freedom and liberty, even ones that aren't specifically listed in the bill of rights.

(I agree with what Dennis Miller said some time ago when they wanted to ban dodgeball; "Life is one 75 year-long protracted session of getting thumped in the groin by something or other. Nothing in school prepared you for real life better than dodgeball.")

Not to mention short skirts and tight fitting pants. High school would have sucked if not for those two things to keep me occupied.
