Not only did you get an amazing revolver, you got one of the rare examples (and proof to show it) that, at one point, yes, Chicago did have handguns to sell. Photocopy that and send it to the latest anti-gun politician, see what happens

Though, there's an obvious defect in the workmanship--I can't tell you exactly what it is from the picture. Send said specimin to me, and for $75, I will thoroughly examine the revolver, and eventually tell you what was wrong. Wouldn't want you to have a less-than-perfect specimin on your hands.
