Just when I thought that California was the worst state ever

My point is stop throwing stones when you live in an area that has one of the worst gun laws an owner can imagine: registration.
And I hope you don't cruise into North Vegas with that loaded gun....

having read a book about Ebay's founding and how it works, knowing it is a HUGE publicly traded company that did NOT ban firearms until well after it went public and became a slave to wall street=

firearms were just too complicated for them. don't get mad at ebay, get mad at the Gov't for putting too many restrictions on transactions.

if the small group of folks who founded ebay were against firearms, they would have banned them from the start.
also they would most likely have provided more reasons in the book other than simply stating the paperwork started causing headaches.

Try passing them on to your heirs. You will either have to move out or have a tragic boating accident.

What are you nutz?????

I'm taking them with me. :neener: :neener:

As for eBay, they used to allow a lot of gun sales, that was until they sold their souls to the Venture Capitalist. Who then saw selling guns as a possible liability they did not want to take. So the VC's along with the atty's probably forced eBay to stop allowing gun sales. It was a pure business decision. Limit liability, especially if you have deep pockets.

I used to work at the firm that represents eBay.

Having lived there 47 years and knowing how bad it is I'll throw all the stones I want to. Yea, it's REAL bad here. LOL

I go into NLV all the time with a loaded gun either on me or in my vehicle and it is perfectly legal with a CCW. I go into many casinos, banks, stores and other places too. Man it's bad here! What's next - bring up the "can't shoot on the desert" law trying to make NV sound like CA?

Whatever man. You had to register any pistols you have. Kalifornistan sucks, but you had to register guns. When the time comes, they'll be knocking on your door for 'em, sucker.

Steady folks!!

Jamis - ''sucker''? - come on, not needed!

Fact is no matter where you are - to all intents all our guns (for most part) are ''registered'' in some way - so any ''they'' coming to get them - could be anywhere!

It's all relative.
