K31 ID tag help

I finally got to sit down and take off the buttplate of my Schmidt Rubin K31 and take a look at the rifle's ID tag. My camera sucks so no pictures but here Is what was on it.

Marirer (or Mazirer) Jacques
1/21/ 1936
Le Noirmont

According to the serial number on the rifle it was produced an 1955, and Le Noirmont is is a municipality in the district of Franches-Montagnes in the canton of Jura in Switzerland.

This is all I could decipher using google so any help in figuring out the rest would be appreciated. Also, when I removed the tag "VII 51" was carved into the butt of the stock and I don't know what that means either.

1/21/1936 would be Jacques's birthday.

VII 51 is the date of manufacture of the stock. July, 1951. Guess it was sitting in a warehouse for awhile! Mine was marked XII 44, and the serial number places it in the first quarter of 1945.
