Kahr P380 and new MECO Tejus Lizard Holster

I got a new Kahr P380 at a gun show and a new holster in the mail this week!!!!!!! MECO makes a mighty fine pocket holster, to bad it's hiding out in my pocket for no one to see. The P380 is the most accurate 380 pocket type gun I have. It was very easy to shott 150 rounds through it in one range visit. Now I just have to find some more ammo for it.

Carrying the spare magazine of a pocket gun is something rarely discussed. If a pocket gun is to be a backup a spare magazine is optional, but it is a necessity if it is to be your only armament. Loose in your pocket, it will pick up lint and dirt - one of the primary reasons for carrying the gun in a pocket holster. Also, with Kahr magazines, the top round tends to work itself loose, sometimes coming halfway out of the mag; a pocket pouch will prevent this.

I might also mention that I dislike pocket holsters that incorporate a magazine pouch behind the gun. These would surely have to require a huge, wide pocket to carry them in, and the butt end of the magazine sticking up blocks your access to the gun's grip. Even a pocket holster should allow you to get your second finger fully under the trigger guard for a full grasp on the gun.
