KAHR P380 for $450???

Found a P380 with 2 mags, two tone and about 250 rounds thru it. Is this a good price?

That sounds like a good price for a lightly used one. New ones are over $600. (I assume it isn't being sold for functional problems. )

$550-$575 around here for NIB. I would want to shoot it first. Those are nice shooting guns but I've read enough reliability issues to lay off buying for now.

Yup, that sounds like a good deal. The P380 is one of the better pocket .380s out there and that's a good price.
