The short,short version: It's really light, really accurate, really thin and I like it a lot. Recoil is fierce, but you can tame it with practice. Recommended.

I'm really starting to like this little gun. First thing I noticed is how thin it was. I went from a G29 to this as a carry gun because of the thickness of the 29. I fired a friend's G30 today at the range after testing the Kahr, and the grip thickness was immense! I couldn't believe I actually got that gun in my waistband at one time!
Upon firing the Kahr, the first thing I noticed was the long trigger pull. The pull is quite smooth, but very long. It is similar in length, but much less in poundage than a Kel-Tec P11. It breaks very crisply. Next came the recoil. All I can say is, what did I expect from .40 S&W from a 16 ounce gun? It jars your sights off target pretty badly, but I was able to get much better with some practice over the course of the range session.
I tested two types of ammo today: Win white box and Speer GDHP. The recoil was similar from both loads, although the GDHPs showed a slight accuracy advantage. The white box ammo grouped well too. I put my first 3 topped off magazines (21 rounds) into 2.6 inches at 25 feet. The gun shot about 3/4" left of POA, but I haven't determined if its me or the gun yet.
Next I did some more refined grouping. The next magazine (6 rounds) went into 2.4 inches at 25 feet. I had two flyers, as 4 rounds went into 0.43" Next group was at 50 feet, and I did a little better with all 6 rounds staying witihin 3.7" 25 yard (75 foot) grouping was decent, at 6 inches even. I know the gun is capable of much more, but this is just what I was able to shoot with it on my first outing. Overall I was very pleased. I then just checked the GDHP for functionality, and saw it was generally a little more accurate than the white box, but I didn't save my targets to measure groups.
The gun is extremely well made, and it gets a definite A+ in fit and finish. I like the Glock-like sinplicity of it, as there are only two controls (slide release and mag release). The slide release also doubles as the takedown mechanism.
The gun did not jam at any time. My left thumb caused the slide to lock back one time, but a little thumb control curbed that.
Overall I am very impressed, and am happy with my purchase. I bought it in truly "like new" condition with box, papers, and 4 mags for $470 out the door. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a potent, slim carry weapon. However, it will take a lot of practice to master this one as I did my Glock 29.
