Kahr PM9 front sight loose - options?

While at the range today, I found that the front sight on my Kahr PM9 is very loose. It is one of the early models with the factory fixed sights. Should I take this opportunity to upgrade the sights? If so, suggestions?

1. XS Big Dot
2. Other night sights - which one?
3. Just loctite it back in place
4. Send back to Kahr

Kahr sights are usually so tight that they nearly need a hydraulic press to get them out. I might recommend the night sight upgrade but have reservations about wear or improper dimensions on the sight groove, which may cause problems with your new sight. I suggest sending it to Kahr for an evaluation and, if the groove is found to be OK, a sight upgrade at that time. You should only need to send the slide, which can be done by mail at a considerable savings over sending the whole gun overnight.
