What is the recommended interval for changing out the recoil springs? Also, do you just have to change the outer one or do you need to buy the whole guide rod assembly with the smaller spring already attached? I've emailed Kahr THREE times with no response. 
$23 is pretty pricey if you have to change both. I've got around 4000 rounds through my PM9 and it's still going strong, but I'd like a spare for when the spring(s) eventually do/does need to be replaced.
