I haven't heard great things about their variable power scopes, however their fixed powers are good to go. They are nice and very durable.

FEW things to note:
1. Once you have your zero you don't want to change it, but you won't lose it. If I remember correcly you need a screwdriver to change the elevation adjustments.
2. The reticle does not automatically recenter after adjustments like western-style scopes. The reticle will not be centered.

EDIT: And yes, Kalinka has a 1 week (maybe more) no questions asked return period from when you receive the scope.

Kalinka is legit. However, I don't really like the Russian scope designs. They're too hard to adjust accurately. I prefer BP-02 mounts which allow you to use a standard Western scope. You get better results that way, and can get better scopes.

I've ordered from them a couple times. You'll be fine. Order with confidence. The scopes are very good quality.

Thing about buying the mount is, by the time I get rings and another scope, it may sit too high. I like the scopes they offer since they are made for an ak.

Had a couple of variables (30mm tube) from Kalinka. Both of them suffered from a massive shift of point of aim while changing magnification. One of them couldn't stand the recoil of a .308 AK and turned into a caleidoscope after 50 rounds. Maybe it was just bad luck, IMO they're ok for making mashed potatos.

Its my understanding that Kalinka does not make scopes but is an importer from different manufacturers of the former soviet union. I ordered a replacement scope mount for my POSP so that it would work on an arsenal side rail and had no issues. I've never ordered a scope from them though.
