Well the nattering nabobs of the news media can have another thing to complain about as Governor Brownback has signed the bill that allows Constitutional Carry here in Kansas.
Yea for us!!! :)

Can't wait!

I can finally do what I have been doing for 50 years anyway.

No, never mind.
I didn't say that!

Yep, the libs in the liberal rags of Kansas are going nuts. I have a permit to carry, as do many of my friends. But, I hear that most of them carried for years before permits were thought about. At least now they are not committing a crime. I wonder how much money Blomberg spent in Kansas trying to defeat this bill. Hooray for Kansas. Most of us love Brownback.

Congratulations

I guess after we kick his universal background check bill out of Arizona, Bloomberg will have you as one of his next targets.

Big defeat for the Progressives, (of both parties) big win for Kansans! And the Nation as a whole!:D

The more States that have Constitutional carry, the harder it is for gun control advocates to argue for more gun restrictions, (not that they won't try) as they have to explain why Constitutional carry won't work in their State, when it works other places.

Can't wait for the Liberal Talking heads to explode on This Week in Kansas, on Sunday!:what::neener:

Calling it "Constitutional Carry", will get you into trouble should you find yourself in court. It's "permit-less carry".

Whatever! :D We can only hope that someday Florida and Minnesota will have it.

And yes, I agree. Watch those school zones without a Kansas permit.

Good going I hope that IN will get some day! Hell they sent people in here to get are last law changed. The big money changed it again! I still think a man should be able to say who he will sale to!!

So what's the score now for permitless carry? Vermont, Arizona, Alaska, Arkansas, Wyoming (for residents), and now Kansas? That's more than 10% of the states, and more are on the way.

This seems to be following the same trajectory as the drive for "shall-issue" permits. In fact "shall issue" may be a precursor for constitutional carry.

By the time we get to 40 or so states, then this right will be so well established that an argument could be made before the Supreme Court that it's part of the "bear arms" clause of the Second Amendment, and therefore should be applied nationwide. Of course that would depend on the makeup of the Court at that time.

So true. The Brady's and VPC are immersed in the quicksand of the mire.

A few more years and victories, and these Socialist, anti gun freedom nightmarist ,will be entombed!

Great, when does it become law. I hope they didn't have to post date it a year like Tx. did.
