Well the nattering nabobs of the news media can have another thing to complain about as Governor Brownback has signed the bill that allows Constitutional Carry here in Kansas.
Yea for us!!!
Yea for us!!!
As you wish...Calling it "Constitutional Carry", will get you into trouble should you find yourself in court. It's "permit-less carry".

And Texas!Whatever! We can only hope that someday Florida and Minnesota will have it.

So what's the score now for permitless carry? Vermont, Arizona, Alaska, Arkansas, Wyoming (for residents), and now Kansas? That's more than 10% of the states, and more are on the way.
By the time we get to 40 or so states, then this right will be so well established that an argument could be made before the Supreme Court that it's part of the "bear arms" clause of the Second Amendment, and therefore should be applied nationwide. Of course that would depend on the makeup of the Court at that time.
