Is this gun considered to be a rifle, legally? So I can carry it to all states as a rifle?

Yes it is considered a rifle, but you can't take it into certain states with highly restricted gun laws like California and such.

Got a chance to shoot donttellthewife's Sub2000 this weekend. Nomally not a fan of Kel Tec's, but this thing was a blast!
