I don't think the 5.7 and the pmr compete directly in the marketplace.

I want something I can reload for with a resonable expectation of not KBing in my hand

I really like my pmr30. Kel-tec had some early problems with FTF and then keeping up with the demand. Kel-tec is very honest about the loading procedure in their manual and I have very little patience with those who don't read it, follow it and then gripe about the gun. I've read,I've followed and the gun has operated flawlessly with anything I've fed it.
I support anyone that thinks outside of the box.
Oh yeah, IMHO it's ugly.
