Kent Tungsten-Matrix safe for "NO STEEL SHOT" barrels???

I'm rather attached to my Sweet 16 for Upland hunting and came across this. Anyone used these shells before? I'd like to know before I shell out the money for them only to find out they'll wreck the barrel.

Yes. I love those shells. I have put a many a one through side by sides with zero issues, and I shoot Full choke. #3 for big ducks and #5 for woodies or close decoy shots.
