Just thought I would give a heads up on a new muzzle brake I found. Some are not Fond of muzzle brake but I for one am. I have been using them for 20+ years. Many different types, so when a good looking, well designed, quality brake shows up. I give them a try, while allot of brakes are functional not all are machined to near perfection such as this brake.
I varmint hunt allot, often by myself. Muzzle brakes allow me to stay on my optics through recoil. I can spot my hits at distance and make correction if need be. This brake currently comes in 5/8-24 thread for .223/5.56 and .308, the 5/8-24 thread works for me due to the fact it's a common suppressor thread and the .980 brake diameter works for the factory heavy barrel contours along with the heavier custom barrel contours. It's a win, win for me.
I was looking for a brake for a 18" 6.5 Grendel build. When I found this brake, they don't do it in .264 and of course a .308 would work but I want the optimal clearance for the .264 diameter bullet so I'm going to open up a .223/5.56 brake.
What also was attractive was the price 49.95! I was about to Pull the trigger on a brake twice it's price for the build. Once the brake arrived I was more than IMPRESSED with the machining and finish. I have owned allot of brake but this one takes the cake in the super clean, sexy brake category. Fairly excited to get my Grendel assembled with one of these brakes.

Here's some pics I took of the brake.
