The photo is from Finland. I don't know if Airsoft is popular their, but the Finns are about as gun crazy as Americans, and have pretty liberal gun laws.

As far as the firearms go, my gut tells me they are airsoft or blank firing/de-activated replicas, but some of them may very well be real. Even if they're fake, +1 on the person's decoration tastes and choice of monitors.
