What caliber and ammo are you using? Nice rifles, aren't they? I have the M84LPT and it is a tremendously accurate rifle. Congrats!

well its acutualy just one rifle, from two sides, but anyways, is the great caliber of 308 win. the ammo is a home brew version of m118lr <stats>

brass-------------winchester once fired cut to 1.999-2.008, vld debured, flash hole debured ect...
primer-----------cci br2
powder----------varget 43.5g +/- .01g
bullet-------------175 smk seated to 2.822

i agree with ya these new kimber can realy drive nails! i have never had a gun this accurate before!

post some picks of your iron if you get a chance

I will post some pics when my wife gets out camera back from her school. She loaned it out for two weeks.

My LPT .308 Win really fires the Blackhills 175 gr HPs well. I have some handloads ginned up for the next trip to the farm. :)

nice rifle! nice shooting!

if you want to shoot farther, go to oak ridge. see my sig for link to calendar for mid- and long-range matches. or the long range league on monday nights

you don't have to be a member to shoot any of the matches. but you should join anyway so you can go shoot whenever. there should be a form to fill out on their website or there is a box of them at the front gate you can drive by and snatch one. fill it out and send it in. you'll need $120 or so and within the first year, a member to sponsor you (it is a club)

Sorry I had to "scan" the target as I still won't have my camera back for a week. That means I also had to bend it in half to get it to fit in the scanner. :) I have posted this target before. These are groups were fired at 100 yards using Fed Fusion ammo. Not bad considering these were barrel-break-in groups. (Added per your request pics of the LPT).

Nothing wrong with your set-up...great groups yours is producing (shooter doesn't hurt any either). I'll have to test some hand-loads with my NF 12-42X56. :)
