Kimber 84M Bolt question

I have a Kimber 84M bolt action and the bolt is removed from the gun with the firing pin in the "fired" position. The safety is in the rear position. Can anyone tell me how to get it back to the cocked position as the bolt will not go back into the rifle the way that is is. Thanks in advance.

Hook the cocking peice on the edge of a bench or something, pull it back to cocked, and put the safety on.

Then rotate the bolt sleeve to the proper position and put the bolt back in.
