I got my Super Carry Custom back from Robar.
Matte Roguard on the exterior and NP3 on the interior
Added a set of vz grenade grips and its all set
Loves 230 grain HST.
I've be jonesing for a bobed 5 inch with some blackout matte finish
BTW action and function have been flawless

That looks great in black with the controls and hammer in silver. I'd like to get my Kimber Tactical Entry II refinished and could do it myself with Cerakote but have been thinking about a high end finish such as salt nitriding. How much did the whole upgrade cost?

Ric, Your Kimber Super Carry Custom looks great! I love those VZ grips on it. Are they G-10 material? I just recently bought a Kimber Super Carry Pro HD, which is my first Kimber. It is one of the nicest 1911s I own.
