Kimber TLE II worth?

Folks, I ran across a Kimber TLE II, with internal extractor, very lightly used, just a few barely visible "scuff marks" on the slide. Sweeeeeeeet trigger. Wood grips. I would say excellent condition, 97-98%.


What's it worth?

around $600. i paid $699 for mine over a year ago.

the internal extractor models are (IMHO) more desirable to own.

Since it's an internal extractor, it's a Kimber that should work great, and the TLEs are nice guns. I'd say anywhere $600-650 is pretty fair. But remember, you can't get the same thing new, you will have to get one with an external extractor, and IMHO those are a crapshoot. I'd pay a little extra for the one you're looking at if it was the pistol I really wanted.

The one recurring gripe we all hear from Kimber owners now is the external extractor. Other than that, they seem to be excellent arms. This one is apparently pre-defilement, so go with it and enjoy.
